深圳市天铧电子设备有限公司从事流水线设备生产15年,厂房面积2000平米,在生产,设计和安装都在同行界遥遥领先。长期为客户订做,安装,维护工厂流水线。

流水线安装细节说明:

1.机头定位:选好接进线的位置,将机头定好位,扭松机头大滚筒轴承座螺丝,把滚筒一头拉起将皮带套进滚筒。

2. 固定主架:把拉身整理好成对,孔宽的朝下,摆好脚,再用短自攻丝把拉身固定在脚上,安装完毕后将插座线槽固定在脚上面横梁上,然后将钻了孔的脚上穿好滚筒,然后将皮带从头至尾拉大滚筒下边的皮带放到脚上穿好的滚筒上面,将拉身上有孔的地方相对应穿好滚筒,然后拉上边的皮带盖在滚筒上,穿上机尾滚筒,装好机尾螺丝杆稍微拧紧。

3. 固定灯架:将灯架摆在相对应的脚上安装固定,将灯通打在灯架顶上伸出来部位上,用来固定照明用,将照明固定在灯通上,全线贯通接线连接,按拉的长短来分配灯的距离,平均分配。

4. 固定仪表台:按客户要求定好仪表台的位置,同样用20*40的扁通,有孔的朝下,固定在灯架的内侧,固定好后装好仪表台的木板。

5. 固定长条台:先将准备好的三角架固定在脚上,固定时记的留出木板加胶皮的位置,装好正好平齐拉身,再20*40的扁通固定在三角架上,摆好木板,内侧用万用角铁固定在拉身上支撑,固定时也需要留出木板的厚度跟三角架平齐,一块板最少固定两个,有胶皮的贴好胶皮,订好木线。注没胶皮的就只需要留木板的位置。

6. 固定作业指导书:将H铝条按客户要求高度固定在灯架外侧固定,将A4硬胶套每米排放一张。

7. 固定风批吊轨:固定在灯架上面与照明平形的里面,固定好后每米放一个滑轮。(80%没有这一项)

8. 固定气管:按客户要求固定在灯架顶上正中间,或打在脚下面横梁上。(80%没有这一项)

 9.整体调试:接上灯线,连接后接到机头开关上,插座线全线连接后接到机头开关上,接好马达电源线,变频器线全部接通后启动开关,调试皮带,若发现皮带跑偏要立即停止,调试角度差不多最慢慢试,直到皮带隔两边拉身差不多宽,没有异响后可叫负责人验收设备至合格为止。

Pipeline installation details:


1. Head positioning: Choose the position of the connecting line, set the nose in place, loosen the screw of the large drum bearing seat of the nose, pull the drum one end up and put the belt into the drum.


2. Fixed main frame: Pull the pull body in pairs, the hole width is down, the foot is set, and then the pull body is fixed on the foot with short self-tapping thread. After installation, the socket slot is fixed on the foot beam above the foot, and then the foot with the drill hole is pierced with the drum, and then the belt under the pull drum from head to tail is put on the foot. On the top of the drum, the holes in the pulling body are correspondingly put on the drum, then the upper belt is pulled on the drum, and the tail drum is put on, and the tail screw is tightened slightly.


3. Fixed lamp holder: fix the lamp holder on the corresponding foot, put the lamp on the top of the lamp holder and extend it to fix the lighting, fix the lighting on the lamp, connect the whole line through the wiring, distribute the distance of the lamp according to the length of the pull, and distribute it equally.


4. Fixed instrumentation: fix the position of the instrumentation according to the customer's requirement. Similarly, fix the inner side of the lamp holder with 20*40 flat pass and holes facing down, fix the wooden board of the instrumentation after installation.


5. Fixed strip stand: Fix the prepared triangle stand on the foot first, set aside the position of the board and rubber when fixing, and then fix the flat joint of 20*40 on the triangle stand, set up the board, and fix the inside with the multipurpose angle iron on the pulling body to support. When fixing, the thickness of the board should be kept flat with the triangle stand. Aligned, at least two pieces of board are fixed, the rubber is glued and the wooden thread is fixed. All you need to do without rubber is leave the position of the board.



6. Fixed operation instruction: fix H aluminium bar on the outside of lamp holder according to customer's requirement, and discharge A4 hard rubber sleeve one meter.



7. Fixed air batch rails: Fixed on the lamp holder and inside the lighting flat, fixed after each meter put a pulley. (80% do not have this item)



8. Fixed trachea: Fixed in the middle of the top of the lamp holder or on the cross beam under the foot according to customer's requirements. (80% do not have this item)



9. Integral debugging: connect the lamp line, connect it to the head switch, connect the socket line to the head switch, connect the motor power line, start the switch after all the frequency converter lines are connected, debug the belt. If you find the belt running off, stop immediately, debug the angle almost slowly, until the belt pulls apart from the two sides. Not much width, no abnormal sound can be called responsible for the acceptance of equipment until qualified.
